I began managing Senza Hotel’s social media in August 2023, initially limited to repurposing existing content and leveraging user-generated posts to drive community engagement. In September 2024, we captured fresh, lifestyle-driven content, highlighting room interiors, surrounding areas, activities, and special offerings. Implementing this new creative, particularly video, helped engage new audiences and significantly expand reach. Since then, Senza’s social presence has seen a notable boost in engagement.
